I am a professional vegan chef with 20+ years of experience in my field. I have an innate passion for food that drives me to share my dishes with as many people as I can.
Away from my profession, I am a mother of four and a huge animal lover. I’m also an environmentalist and this enforces my belief and ambition that with one plate at a time, I can better impact the world.
My kitchen is my happy place. Whether I’m developing a new chocolate dessert, perfecting a gluten-free bread, or creating a quick weeknight dinner, every recipe I share is made with love and tested until it’s just right.
